Joshua is mentioned without his name in the Quran, in the story of Moses and Khidr as being Moses' assistant. He was the son of Nun, son of Ephraim, son of Joseph, son of Jacob, son of Isaac, son of Abraham.

And ˹remember˺ when Moses said to his young assistant, “I will never give up until I reach the junction of the two seas, even if I travel for ages.”18:60

It is said that Moses passed his prophetic mission to Joshua after his death. We do not know much about this prophetic life. However, he is mentioned in the Torah and Jews believe he was the only prophet that followed Moses.
